Up to two people can be in a hotel room at a time in addition to registered guests.
If an additional person is staying, a surcharge of € 10-15 per person will apply.
Hotels nights peace starts at 23.00 up to 6.00 in the morning.
For violation of the night peace, the contractual penalty is 25 to 100 euros for each challenge, depending on the level of violation. Night rest means disturbing other persons by sound, light, mechanical, electronic and similar means.

PARKING & ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER
The hotel has 6 secure parking spaces with video surveillance. The hotel is not responsible for cars left in the car park and their contents. The hotel car park is accessible from the church side next to the hotel.
For electric cars, a Porcsche Destination Charging charger with a Type2 plug can be used in the car park of the Arensburg Hotel, 15 Lossi Street.
Parking and charging for electric cars is free for our customers.
SECURITY
There is video surveillance throughout the hotel.
The hotel can be accessed at any time with the personal code sent during booking.
CHILDREN
Persons under the age of 18 may only stay with a parent and use the hotel’s services. Up to 2 children (2 years old and younger) stay free when occupying the parent or guardian’s room, using existing bedding
A children’s playroom is located at the main entrance, in the lounge. For safety reasons, we ask that children be left unattended.
PETS
Well-behaved favorites are welcome at our hotel! When booking, please inform the hotel of your pet. Accommodation with a pet is only possible by special agreement. A one-time surcharge of € 10 and additional rules apply to the pet owner in accordance with the laws governing animal husbandry, and the owner is responsible for any damage (both material and health) caused by the pet.
